This is a minor thing and I would want this question thing to be taken last if possible. I can't play chess more than like once an hour after I lose, because I always lose by making a blunder and I just know that in all around playing im better, but I screw up and lose the game because I miss something and this really makes me angry so I cant play.

The real best tip in my opinion is to take your time and examine all the offensive moves your opponent can take before choosing your move. When you are trying to make an offensive move, pay very close attention to your opponents pieces to see if they can somehow take advantage of your move. Simplified: Always stay aware of your opponents pieces. I’m no pro chess player, but good luck and I hope you win next time.
